Colton Adams is a research economist at the Louis Dairy Economics Lab. His past research interests include labor economics and agricultural economics. Agricultural economics, specifically dairy economics, is his current focus. He received his BS in Food & Resource Economics from the University of Florida in 2020, graduating summa cum laude. While there he was a teaching assistant and contributed to publications featured in the AAEA’s Choices Magazine. In 2023 he completed his MA in Economics at the University of Missouri-Columbia, while researching minimum wage policies and their impacts.
