Dr. Luis Explores Agri-Food Innovation at AFTEA 2025

Dr. Luis Peña-Lévano represented Louis Lab at the Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia (AFTEA) 2025, held from November 4–6 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore. Recognized as Asia’s leading agri-food technology and industry event, AFTEA 2025 brought together global innovators, researchers, and industry stakeholders under the theme “Shaping Sustainable and Nutritious Food Systems.”
Throughout the three-day event, Dr. Peña-Lévano explored exhibits highlighting smart farming solutions, agricultural robotics, alternative proteins, dairy innovations, and food safety advancements. His participation forms part of Louis Lab’s mission to foster innovation, collaboration, and sustainability across the agri-food sector.
AFTEA 2025 featured international exhibitors from around the world, expert-led panels, and live technology showcases, and the Agri-Food Tech World Championship, where 48 startups presented groundbreaking solutions for sustainable food production. The expo was held as part of the Singapore International Agri-Food Week (SIAW) — a premier regional platform addressing food security and resilience across Asia.
